Zamfara APC gives condition to vote Tinubu, others

To vote for Tinubu and others, Zamfara APC places a condition.

Ahmed Bola Tinubu

In order for stakeholders and APC members in Zamfara State to vote for presidential flagbearer Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and other candidates running for office, they have demanded a stop to banditry and insecurity.

A group from the APC North West visited all seven states in the geographical zone on a fact-finding mission on Wednesday evening, during which their position was defined.

The change occurs fewer than seven months before the general elections for 2023, which are scheduled for February 25, 2023.

A team led by Malam Salihu Lukman met with party stakeholders in Birnin Kebbi, the capital of Kebbi State, according to a statement released on Wednesday night by APC Zonal Publicity Secretary (North West), Musa Mailafiya Mada.

The statement said, "Stakeholders of the party in the State told the Zonal Chairman Malam Salihu Lukman and his team that they had their unwavering support as the Fact-Finding Tour of the North West Zonal Officials of the All Progressives Congress enters Zamfara today.

They added that they are working together on all fronts to help the party achieve the results needed to fully capture the state.

However, they demand that the party's presidential candidate and all other candidates running for elective office promise to handover the state to them.

The stakeholders claim that Zamfara is an APC State that changed from being an APP/ANPP State to becoming an APC State since 1999.

They added that nothing could alter that due to the fact that the APC unites everyone who matters politically in the state.

"Yet, the party's stakeholders urge that anyone running for any elective office make a meaningful commitment to improving the deteriorating security situation in the State and the region, notably the party's presidential candidate," they said.

Malam Salihu Lukman, the APC National Vice Chairman for the North West, praised the Zamfara stakeholders for their earnestness and promised to submit their demand to the appropriate parties without delay.

After the visit of the area, according to Lukman, a report on the interactions with party stakeholders across the Zone is being put together and will be presented to Abdullahi Adamu, the APC National Chairman.

The North West national vice chairman praised Zamfara APC members for their bravery in disclosing their voting preferences in advance of the general elections in 2023. He expressed satisfaction with the depth of Zamfara APC members' loyalty.

Biden mistookly handed the list of directions to the photographers, which stated to "take YOUR seat," "YOU deliver brief comments," and "YOU go." The 79-year-old, who is said to have early-stage dementia, was also told to speak with some attendees, engage them in conversation, and thank them before departing. Major worries about the President's wellbeing and mental capacity as he approaches 80 have been raised as a result of his errors.
