Menegbe Aduwa

Quite a number of persons that follow me on social media have not seen me in person. And you can only guess what their idea of me in real life was or is. Some persons saw me and did not believe I was the one. Don't ask me why?

They  will be like "is this really the Aduwa Menegbe I see on Facebook?"  Then they will come closer to confirm. It's always amazing to see the reaction on their faces.( I appreciate and celebrate you all.

Personally I looked forward to meeting some persons as well that we have bonded for years online in person. Though I haven't been able to meet with all, I still look forward to meeting them. Most times when I see them in person we make comments like," so this is the sis. Grace, Joy, Patience.

Here are some lessons I have learnt from this.

1) Do you still look forward to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ?  Sadly a lot of us have forgotten that this world is  not our home. We have settled so much so that we can do anything to get money (stealing with pen, selling your body) or pleasure ( womanizing, drinking) or cheating because we are only concerned about earthly pleasures.

2) When last did you think of heaven?  As much as our prosperity messages are powerful we must also create space to think of Heavenly things.

3) If you are sure that if the trumpet sounds today you have weights that will hinder you from being raptured, now is a good time to make your ways right with God.

4) If the message of heaven scares you , sister Elizabeth and brother salvation then something is wrong because Heaven is the home of believers. How lovely it will be to meet our king It will be a day of joy.

We await the coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus.

"Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is." 1 John 3:2 (Kjv)
