Bola Tinubu and Malam Nasiru El-Rufai

Malam Nasir El-Rufai, the governor of Kaduna State, has received the support of an organization called Tinubu Support Organisation as Asiwaju Bola Tinubu's finest option for a running partner.

The TSO claimed that after consulting with important APC stakeholders in the country's North-West geopolitical region, it made the decision.

The organization pointed out that the APC had many exceptional leaders who could serve as Tinubu's running mate, but that the North-West, as the region with the greatest share of votes in Nigeria, ought to be permitted to choose the next vice president.

Aminu Suleiman, the Director-General of the Tinubu Support Organization, told reporters in Kaduna on Monday that Tinubu's choice of running partner was a crucial component of his success.

El-Rufai is Asiwaju's first option for vice president, according to Suleiman, who cited extensive interaction with important stakeholders, particularly in the North-West.

The choice of Tinubu's running mate, he said, was a crucial success factor for the party's candidate's victory. He further claimed that the Tinubu Support Organization was working tirelessly to elect Tinubu as the next President of Nigeria.

"We are pleased that the APC has many great people among its leaders," he remarked. But after weighing all of the possibilities, the TSO believes that the APC's vice presidential candidate should come from the North-West, which is Nigeria's single greatest voting region.

Malam Nasir El-Rufai, the Executive Governor of Kaduna State, is our recommendation for running mate because, in our opinion, he can best support Asiwaju as vice president.

"El-Rufai has a lot of experience. He has held positions at both the state and federal levels, and he has performed admirably in each one. He has consistently supported progressive policies. He has no qualms about making tough choices. This man is in charge of a state government that includes representatives chosen from all around Nigeria.

His aptitude is undeniable. His individual talent is exceptional. He's resolute. He has bravery. He has strong morals. We am aware that he rejected all attempts to draw him into the election for president. He and his fellow APC governors from the north deserve credit for upholding the ideal that gentlemen should respect agreements.

"El-Rufai is a strong leader whose abilities and enthusiasm ought to be reintroduced to the federal level. We make a plea to all of our APC leaders to back Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in selecting El-Rufai as his running partner.
