 How to grow your skin

Our skin is covered with follicles and hair starts growing at the bottom of a hair follicle.

The hair needs nutrients to grow. Nutrients and oxygen for hair growth is supplied to the hair by the blood.

Can your hair grow faster?

Yes it can. What can help your hair grow faster include:-

  - Genetics: if your parents or any close relative have long hair then there's is probability that you'll have long hair.

  - Good haircare products: using good hair care products which are free from harmful chemicals can also make your hair grow stronger, faster and longer. An example is @thenaturalshine hair care products.

  - Reduce stress: your body produce toxins when you're stressed out and it have a negative effect on your hair so limit any stressful activity and find a healthy way to destress e.g sleeping, meditating etc

  - Eat adequate protein: protein is one of the major nutrients that the hair needs for growing so eat more of it.

  - Protect your hair from heat: heat damages almost everything. For a longer and healthier hair, protect your hair from heat especially direct sunlight. You can wear a hat or cap to protect your hair.
